BELLECCI FAMILY

The Bellecci family have been camping at the Driftwood RV Park for the over 17 years. They have seen a lot of changes since first coming to Driftwood, different owners and many improvements over the past 3 years.

The Bellecci family matriarchs pull into the park and stay for a little over a month with the rest of the family showing up for the weekends and some staying a week or two. They started with tents in the early days, but now most all have trail trailer to make the stay more enjoyable. They bring up the boats and hit the river for some world-class shad fishing. When you ask them what they do when they are here the reply is relax and catch up on the family history.

The family originates from the Martinez, Benicia, Concord and Walnut Creek area and is glad to head to the north state for some rest and relaxation.

Now the spelling of the family name is still under controversy, some like to spell it one way, while another part of the family spells it another way, but being a good natured family they are still all Bellecci’s.
